Merge new-blog-view. Adds multiple missing things and improves styles

• add blog view page
  • blogs dispayed with ./src/views/post.jsx
  • webpack config now supports a list of react sources defined in package.json:

      "reactPagesDir": "./src/pages, ./src/views"

• add get access page for displaying resources
  • resources defined in constants.yml (content tbd)
• add about fiqci page
• all around style improvements and consistent styling
• move text content into constants.yml
  • TODO: modify search to also search from constants.yml (work in progress)
